property, no liability responsibility is accepted for any accident, injury,
illness, or for any loss of property during your safari. By booking and
paying a deposit for a safari, you are deemed to have accepted these

* Additional "heritage fee" of US$ 20,000.00 for any single tusk over 80 lbs. in addition to the trophy fee. Additional penalty of US$ 10,000.00 for any single tusk under 50 lbs in addition to the trophy fee. Minimum set by Niassa Reserve-largest tusk in all cases. Elephant ivory cannot be imported into the USA at this time.
**On lion safaris the policy with the Niassa Reserve is no male lion can be taken unless the lion is
6 years old or older and cannot be in a pride of lions.
